Les Gîtes de L'Ancienne Gare is a quiet holiday idyll within walking distance of the Piégut-Pluviers town centre;  with fantastic restaurants, a useful supermarket and a choice of bakeries, shops, and bars. Everything you need without giving up the quiet location.

A holiday or short break with us is ideal for families wanting to relax and have a marvellous holiday and couples looking for a retreat.  

We have worked hard to make sure our gîte are fully equipped with everything you need for an easy and relaxing break - and if it's not in the gite already, just ask us as we might have it to lend to you.

On site we have an enormous pool shared between our three gîte that is open June to September.  We have 4 acres of wonderful gardens with plenty of space to play any game you can imagine! There are a selection of outdoor games to enjoy.  Indoors there are DVD players for you to use, books you can read and games to play on a quiet evening.

We are Kate and Julian and decided to move to France in 2019.  We gave up exciting and fulfilling careers in the South of England to live out our dream of a slower pace of life, more sunshine and lots more cheese and wine!  We love it.  We are busy running the gîte, managing the mammoth task of looking after the 4 acres of garden and renovating our house.  We live in the gorgeous maison de maître house right next door to the gîte - we are far enough away to be out of your way but close enough to help quickly if you need us.
